Legal notice

Slow Bloom is an independent app made by Creations by Tassh. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Etsy, Inc. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. The comparison journey is based on numbers a creator shared publicly on YouTube. It is shown for motivation only.

Privacy

We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

• Account: your email address and your password. The password is stored only as a scrambled hash. Nobody can read it, not even us.
• Your garden: the shop names, dates, prices, monthly numbers and notes you type in. Only you can see them. We do not connect to your Etsy account and never ask for your Etsy password.
• Cookies: one cookie that keeps you logged in. It is strictly necessary, so there is no cookie banner. No ads, no tracking, no analytics.
• Server logs: like every website, the server briefly records technical data (IP address, time, page) to keep the service safe and to slow down abuse.
• Email: we only email you when you ask for a new password.

Why we may do this (GDPR): to provide the app you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b)) and to keep it safe (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long: as long as you have an account. When you delete your account (Account, Delete my account) everything is removed straight away. Backups roll over within 14 days.

Your rights: you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to limit or object to processing, by writing to support@bytassh.com. You can also complain to the Slovenian data protection authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.

Age: you must be at least 15 to make an account.

Terms of use

• Not advice. Slow Bloom is a motivation tool. Tips, comparisons and the example journey are general information, not business, financial, tax or legal advice. Every shop and niche is different. Decisions about your shop, prices and ad spend are yours.
• No guarantee of results. The app does not promise any sales, visits, revenue or profit.
• Your data, your responsibility. You are responsible for the numbers and notes you enter. Calculations (like conversion or ROAS) are only as accurate as what you type.
• As it is. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise that it is error free or always online. Keep your own copy of anything important.
• Fair use. No automated requests, no attempts to break in, overload, copy or resell the app. We may limit, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
• Changes. We may change, pause or stop the app or any feature at any time. If these terms change in an important way, we will show a notice in the app. Using the app after that means you accept the new version.
• Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or any damage caused by errors, outages or decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for the free app, that is zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, harm to life, body or health caused by us, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
• Indemnity. If someone makes a claim against us because of something you did in breach of these terms, you agree to cover the resulting costs, as far as the law allows.
• Paid features. The app is free today. If paid features are ever added, they will come with a clear price and terms before you buy, including the information about the right of withdrawal for digital content.
• Law. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their own country.
